What to write to us about
- Quiz corrections — spotted a wrong answer or an ambiguous question? Tell us which question and we will fix it.
- Advertising and partnerships — enquiries about advertising on Quizolab.
- Privacy requests — access, correction or deletion of personal data, or withdrawal of consent. See our Privacy Policy.
- Push notifications — if you subscribed by accident, you can unsubscribe yourself in browser Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Notifications, and remove quizolab.com. Write to us if you get stuck.
- Technical problems — a quiz that will not load or score. Please mention your browser and device.
What we cannot help with
Advertisements on this site are served by third-party networks, so we do not control which specific ad you see and cannot look up an individual ad or purchase made through one. If an advert took you somewhere harmful or misleading, please send us a screenshot with the date and time and we will report it to the network.
Response times
Ordinary enquiries: within 2–3 working days. Privacy requests are handled within the statutory period that applies to you (30 days under the GDPR).
